Inspiration from our Creative Teams

Inside the Creative Studio with Trudy
Trudy is one of my newer members of the creative team. She is always ready with a beautiful layout and has a GREAT spirit as you can see when you read her interview. If you are new to my blog and the "Inside the Creative Studio", it is an opportunity for you all to get a glimpse into the creative minds of my team members. Every month or so I highlight a team member and they offer a quick page as a free gift to our readers. Here is Trudy's interview with me...followed by her beautiful quick page.

Where do you Live? I live on beautiful Vancouver Island in a small city called Duncan.  Where do you wish you lived?  I am exactly where I want to be!
Does your name suit you? I don’t think so , but my mother named me after a good friend of hers.
What did you want to be when you were growing up?- I wanted to be an airline stewardess.
What’s a goal that you are proud that you’ve accomplished? Helping my daughter recover from viral encephalitis, it took 11 years.
What was your first job? I worked at the movie theatre, selling tickets
If you could live in any decade what decade would it be and why? I think I would have liked to lived during the last years of world war II. I loved the fashion styles and of course all of those uniformed men.
What is your idea of fun?  Spending the day with my grandkids, without their mom and dad.
If given a choice to skip work for a day, how would you spend the entire day?  I would spend a good portion of it scrapbooking of course, then a long hot bath with a glass of wine.
What is the craziest thing you have ever done? I got on stage with a 50’s band while they sang “I found my thrill on Blueberry Hill” to me.
Any nicknames they have (or have had) and the story behind them. My sister Wendy always called me “Toots”  she still calls me that, and I have always hated it!!
What is your favorite color? Purple
What are your foods? I love all things pasta!!
What is your favorite vacation destinations? So far its Jamaica

This looks great ... My one comment is that the Quickpage is just a 600x600 pixel jpg ... and that is way too small. Even to print out a 6x6" scrapbook page, the resolution should be 1800x1800 pixels. 12x12" prints are usually 3600x3600. I can't use this quickpage because I only make pages that I can print ... but thank you fore the thought and the kit is beautiful :)
